Scientists have long known about the benefits of freeze-drying. It’s a technique that’s been used for decades to naturally preserve freshness for use in medicines and to feed NASA astronauts in space. Freeze-dried foods won’t spoil, they’re light and transportable, and, most important here at milli, they’re packed with nutritional benefits. Because there are no chemicals or additives used in the process, what we end up with is just real good mylk.

We’ve chosen to freeze-dry each batch of mylk so we can retain over 99% of the nutrition, flavor, and goodness right at the point of peak freshness. Then, we gently mill it into a fine mix that’s quickly and easily transformed into a creamy, fresh mylk with a bit of water and a few shakes.

Yep! Our mylks are made from 100% organic plants, no nasties. It was important to us to create a mylk that was both delicious enough for our kiddo (Jack) to actually want to drink, and that we trusted enough to feed our family. 1. Add your milli mix into the bottle. (The pack works like a funnel! Place the top of the pack into the mouth of the bottle and tap or squeeze to empty.)

4. Enjoy fresh, creamy mylk for up to 7-10 days. (Remember to shake again before each use!)

No. There is no need to refrigerate your milli packs, but we recommend storing the unopened packs in a cool, dry place way from sunlight. Please use the entire milli mix directly after opening an individual pack.

Yes. Store your prepared bottle of mylk in the fridge and enjoy it within 7-10 days.

Milli freeze-dried packs: our packs come with a "best before" date on each packet to indicate when the product is at its freshest. Usually that will be 3-6 months from when you receive your order.

Prepared mylks: Please enjoy your milli mylk within 7-10 days of preparation.

Don’t worry, separation is perfectly natural! Milli mylks are made with whole ingredients, and we don’t add any nasty additives or emulsifiers (like gums and lecithins) to hold everything together. Take your milli bottle and shake it like a Polaroid picture (hey ya!) before every use.

Of course! Our mylk can play supporting actor or star of the show, so go wild. Enjoy milli on its own or in smoothies, lattes, chia puddings, soups, baked goods, and beyond.

Yes. Our mylks are produced in a facility that also handles tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, and milk. If you have a sensitivity to any of these common allergens, it’s best to consult with your doctor before trying milli.
